The Children's Cardiomyopathy Foundation (CCF) is a non-profit organization focused on pediatric cardiomyopathy, a chronic and potentially life-threatening heart disease. It is a condition that is not well known even though it is a leading cause of heart transplants and sudden cardiac arrest in children.

CCF was established in 2002 as a 501(c)(3) public charity to meet the critical need for more research and education on pediatric cardiomyopathy. Over the years, CCF has grown into a global community of families, physicians, and scientists focused on improving diagnosis, treatment, and quality of life for children with cardiomyopathy. CCF is involved in key areas of the disease and is committed to serving the needs of both the patient and the medical community. View CCF Insert
