Scientific Conference Overview

The Children's Cardiomyopathy Foundation (CCF) 5th International Conference on Cardiomyopathy in Children was held as a virtual event on March 5-6, 2021. This two-day scientific conference focused on determining research priorities and developing strategies for improving the diagnosis, treatment, and health outcomes of children with cardiomyopathy. More than 260 medical and healthcare professionals from 25 countries attended the virtual conference to learn about the latest developments in pediatric heart failure, cardiomyopathy, and heart transplantation.

Conference Sessions

The scientific conference featured six sessions led by molecular biologists, epidemiologists, geneticists, and cardiologists from top academic medical centers. Sessions included short presentations, case studies, and panel discussions.
