TAKE ACTION

CCF’s advocacy efforts are focused on legislation that supports research on pediatric cardiomyopathy and consistent medical care that can improve outcomes and survival for children with cardiomyopathy. In the past few years, CCF has worked closely with several congressional offices to introduce cardiomyopathy related legislation aimed at greater awareness and prevention of premature death.

It is important for congressional members to know what issues concern their constituents and to understand the reasons for supporting bills on cardiomyopathy and sudden cardiac death. You can easily start a dialogue with your elected officials through three simple advocacy measures.

3 Simple Ways to Make a Difference

  1. Send an email
  2. Write a letter
  3. Call your legislator
