The Children's Cardiomyopathy Foundation (CCF) is committed to assisting children with cardiomyopathy and their families.

Families, medical and healthcare professionals, and individuals who are interested in pediatric cardiomyopathy are encouraged to register with CCF. As a member, you will have access to additional resources and receive updates on family services and new research studies specific to pediatric cardiomyopathy.

CCF Connect

Registered members will be invited to join CCF’s online community, CCF Connect, on Facebook. CCF Connect provides a private and secure environment for members to engage in discussions, share information, and offer emotional support.

Cardiomyopathy Centers of Care

CCF maintains profiles of recognized Cardiomyopathy Centers of Care that meet CCF’s criteria for a high-quality cardiac specialty center. Registered CCF members will have access to over 40 profiles from recognized children’s hospitals across the U.S.
