The Children's Cardiomyopathy Foundation (CCF) is a donor-funded 501 (c)(3) nonprofit that is committed to finding causes and cures for pediatric cardiomyopathy and supporting those affected by the disease. CCF relies on the generosity of individuals, corporate partners, and non-profit groups who believe in our mission and want to make a difference in the lives of children with cardiomyopathy.
Join Team CCF as we continue to call attention to a poorly understood disease and the needs of families living with this chronic heart condition. Your donation helps us to fund our many research, education, family support, awareness, and advocacy initiatives.
